Establishing consumer connections for the Canadian Health Food Association
The challenge:
The Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) is the country’s largest industry association dedicated to natural health and organic products. They selected Felicity as a partner in their quest to build a direct connection with consumers for the very first time. The motivation? To reinforce the efficacy and safety of natural health products.
What we did:
- Engaged subject matter experts, key stakeholders and influencers in our proprietary Content Collective process.
- Build on current sources of trust to amplify the launch of new CHFA consumer website, Healthier by Nature. Launch included ambassador/influencer engagement program, key messaging, media relations, event hosting and content curation.
The result:
- Our total reach for the program was 1.5 times our initial goal, with strong engagement and click/swipe through rates from influencer content
