Here I am completely \u201cin the moment\u201d trying wakesurfing for the first time!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I suppose what often drops off in the mix is the time to myself to actually step back from this tug. When I do, I come away with a much clearer approach to work and am a better mother too. I know I\u2019m personally aligned when I am \u201cin the moment\u201d and completely focused on \u2013 and feel satisfied by &#8211; what I\u2019m doing.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve also come to learn that while some moments or days or even weeks will feel out of alignment, I know that it\u2019s only a matter of time and concerted effort before it swings back into alignment.<\/p>\n<span class=\"et_bloom_bottom_trigger\"><\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The elements in my life that influence my daily decisions are how much work I have to do and what is going on with my children and family.
