Felicity’s First Coffee Talk

While most of our work at Felicity takes place over the internet or phone, it’s important for our “virtual” team to take the time to meet up in-person and hone our skills on a regular basis. Yesterday morning, the Felicity team met at de Mello Palheta Coffee Roasters for a casual “catch up” over coffee and treats.

Rachel Weinstein’s interactive discussion really had us reflecting on the energy we spend on our daily activities.

In addition to mixin’ and minglin’, Executive Coach Rachel Weinstein facilitated an interactive discussion under the theme, “Your Energy: Manage it Wisely.” Rachel encouraged the team to think about what activities in our daily lives give us energy, as well as how we spend energy, invest it and even squander it. Since each of us wears multiple hats in our lives, the conversation provided the opportunity to take a step back and reflect. We set personal goals that would help us take charge of our energy – to which a fellow team member will be holding us accountable.
