On April 29th, a few of us on the Felicity team attended Nutrition for NON-Nutritionists ™ — a full-day course hosted and facilitated by Felicity associate and registered dietitians Sue Mah along with her colleague Lucia Weiler in Toronto. The course was designed to help those without formal nutrition education understand the facts, myths and drivers of the food world.

They certainly gave us a lot to chew on! As communicators who work with a few food industry organizations like Breakfast Cereals Canada and The Stonemill Bakehouse, it was so valuable to understand emerging regulations that would affect our clients, their customers, as well as trends that impact how consumers make choices surrounding the foods they eat.
